Creative Collaboration of Husband and Wife Team
The delightful artistic duo of Diane and Gaetano.
Diane paints mainly in Genesis heatset oils. The rare oils add softness and an almost silky mood to her subjects, with hints of a unique vintage look. Still life, portrait, landscape, fantasy, old cars, and commission. Her other mediums are Watercolour, charcoal, pencils plus more.
Gaetano is a woodturner who works with exhibition grade timbers to the world craft industries.
Gaetano only sources fine timbers to be used in combination with his stunning coloured resin art. He has developed his own style with unique vessels, vases, urns, and bowls from timbers such as Mallee, Sheoak, Banksia nut and more.

Look at the world through the eyes of an artist:
When working with wood, Gaetano skill and his artist’s eye turn an ordinary block of wood into a creative masterpiece.
Guy (Gaetano) has always been drawn to wood items and often worked with wood in his early years at his family’s Wallangarra farm. After buying his first lathe in 2008, Guy has honed his talents through attending workshops, exhibitions and wood shows, private tuition and learning from other artisans during his travels around Australia and overseas.
His ability to try out new ideas and experiment with techniques has resulted in these unique and innovative pieces, which are vibrant, striking and visually appealing.
Experiment and experience is a significant part of creative living – experience something new today, try yoga at Spiral21, go for a horse ride in the mountains with Glass House Mountains as a backdrop at Slickers Horseriding, Touch the silky soft clay with one of Woodside Ceramics workshops or simply eat something different.
