Your trip suggestions have been arranged by Tawny Trails (“TT”), acting only as agents for galleries, studios, places of accommodation, tour companies, vehicle companies, and other vendors and their owners or contractors (“our supplier associates”) providing accommodations, touring, transportation or other services as part of your trip should you so choose. TT do not own or operate any entity which is to, or does provide such goods or services for your trip. All such entities are independent contractors. As a result, TT cannot be liable for any negligent or willful act of any such entity, their employees or agents, or any third person.

Each location on the trail act as separate entities and any issues regarding your experience should be taken up with them directly and not TT.

You acknowledge that during the trip, you are taking, you agree to assume all risks and hold Tawny Trail organisers, representatives and employees free from all claims whatsoever, including loss, death, injury, or damage, arising out of participating in the trail. You agree that this obligation, as well as being binding on you personally, will also bind your heirs, executors, administrators, successors.

The Tawny Trails involves windy and narrow country back roads. You acknowledge that travel involves personal risks which may be greater than those present in your everyday life. This could be as a result of the adventurous nature of your trip or the visiting of destinations that present geographical risks and dangers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for these risks.
