The Experience

Look at the world through the eyes of an artist:

Why great locations inspire creativity:

Natural light improves moods, reduces stress, and positively impacts circadian system functioning,

the majority of people find peace and contentment when they are looking at a breathtaking vista such as the one at the Uluramaya Retreat.

Art and nature is a potent mix. From the greatest painters of yesteryears to some of today’s most promising talent, nature has undeniably proven itself to be one of the most treasured of muses known to man(https://www.culturepartnership.eu/en/article/nature-and-art)

In terms of inspiration, it could be the beauty, patterns, texture, colours, spiritual quality, and even mood. A good artist can reproduce what they see, but a great artist makes you feel what you see.

Visual art also comes from nature. Literally, the mediums that artists use to inspire and create their pieces are from heart. Wood, charcoal, graphite, clay, mixed pigments, water. Artists literally use nature to create their works. The way the cave dwellers created paint to document and draw on their walls is in essence, the same exact process that we use today. Without these elements of nature, we wouldn’t have to tools to even think about making artwork (https://blog.eaglesnestoutfittersinc.com/why-nature-inspires-art/)

This trail is dotted with great views and nature but none bring about the jaw drop as well as that from the Uluramaya Retreat.
